It's time to go after
the root causes.
Does any of this ring true for you?
-
It seems like I'm already doing all the right things for my health but I still don't feel right
-
I feel unheard and unseen by my doctor who assures me that everything is "normal" yet I don't feel normal or even close to my best
-
There's endless contradictory information out there, I'm so confused
-
I've been doing the DIY way of fixing myself but I feel scattered and can't seem to get back to 100%
-
I know my health could be better but I don't know if there's anything I can do about it
-
I've already tried it all...is there really any reason for hope? (Hint - YES there is!)
Let me shine a light for you so you
can see the path forward
There's another way.
Your symptoms - whether it be aches and pains, fatigue, stubborn tooth or gum challenges, bloating, acne, headaches, allergies, etc. - are not random or for no good reason. These symptoms are your body's way of calling you to repair and replenish.
As your FDN-P, I will help you deep-dive into what is triggering these warning signs in the first place. If we want to address things naturally, we have to go beyond symptoms and seek out the cause. We need to account for each thing that has been adding to your health and things that have been taking away from it. You will begin to see how your body is fighting for you and how you can work with it and not against it.
If you're tired of feeling stuck, reach out. We can't expect better results without trying something new, right? During the complimentary Clarity Call, we can chat about what the process looks like and if it's the right fit for you.

I cannot recommend Rebekah enough. For many years, I have felt drained, easily overwhelmed, struggled with weight loss, and was rarely getting a good nights sleep. I first met Rebekah during my thermography appointment and I'm so glad I did. I have been working with her for four months. During this time, I have lost 15 pounds, sleep well and wake up feeling rested, I no longer have brain fog, and my mind is much more at ease and I feel less frazzled.
Rebekah is not only passionate and knowledgeable, but she is also easy to talk to and makes herself available for questions or concerns. If you're looking to make lifestyle changes and are ready to feel the best you have in years, then I highly suggest Rebekah. Thank you for making me feel like myself again and for feeling good enough to enjoy the simplest things in life.

What is Functional
Diagnostic Nutrition?
FDN uses a Functional Medicine approach to wellness and complements conventional medicine by focusing on dietary & lifestyle changes to support homeostasis in the body.
FDNs use advanced functional lab testing to discover each person's unique healing opportunities. It is a partnership between client and practitioner and cannot be successful without the persistent action steps taken by the client.
The focus is beyond managing symptoms - we are after optimal wellness.
Who do you work with?
Most of my clients are adults, women and men, looking for ways to go deeper in their journey to healthy living. I help individuals with a variety of symptoms and conditions, such as the following:
-
Hormone imbalances
-
Thyroid dysfunction
-
Autoimmune conditions
-
Perimenopause symptoms
-
Headaches/migraines
-
Chronic fatigue
-
Candida/yeast overgrowth
-
Unintentional weight gain or weight loss
-
Constipation, IBS, bloating, etc.
-
Brain fog
-
Mood issues
and much more!
Do you work with people virtually?
Yes, appointments can be conducted virtually or in-person. All labs can also be done long-distance, either at-home or through a local lab draw location, like LabCorp. I do not work with clients outside of the U.S. but I can try to find a colleague to refer you to if you live in another country.
Can I work with you in addition to my primary care doctor?
Absolutely! I do not replace your doctor(s), as I do not treat, diagnose, or prescribe medications. My work as an FDN is secondary to what is medically necessary for you but our work together can result in huge gains in your health and wellness.
Can I get testing without a consultation?
As an FDN, it would be irresponsible for me to run labs without proper assessment and interpretation of each lab, as actions could be taken on those results without full understanding. You are not simply a lab report and you can't achieve real health by only treating what's on paper.
You need a skilled practitioner to consider the entire context of your history, symptoms, lifestyle, diet, current supplements and medications, etc. in order to read between the lines and identify the underlying root causes.
By consulting with me first, we can determine together which labs would be the most beneficial for your particular concerns. I want to make sure each lab is worth the investment for you.
What fees are involved?
Client care is very much customized to each person, which is why a Clarity Call with Rebekah is so helpful - we can discuss your goals and give you a clearer idea of what to expect.
-
Labs are $135 - $425 each
-
Consultations to review results is $175 per hour
-
Supplements and therapies are purchased separately
The goal here is to dig deeper into what may be holding you back from resolving some persistent symptoms or conditions. Advanced lab testing can provide a clearer path on how to accomplish just that, but ultimately your follow through will determine your results.
Follow-up consultations are welcomed, if needed, for support and troubleshooting along the way.
Do you take insurance?
No, we do not. Unfortunately, our healthcare system is in some ways run by what insurance deems 'necessary' and sadly, preventive medicine and optimal wellness is not necessary in their eyes. As long as you are surviving, managing acute issues and doing the bare minimum health check-ups they feel they are doing plenty for the American people.
Some labs may be ordered by your regular doctor and covered by insurance, however, it is often less extensive than what I run and can end up costing more time, energy and money in the long run.
We do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) cards and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards, credits cards and checks.
